1. PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ONLINE OFFICIAL ROSTER. Once you attain signatures I suggest you make MULTIPLE copies of your roster. You will be required to turn in a copy and it will NOT be returned to you.
2. COPY of your Team Insurance Certificate.
Once you have your certificate, I suggest you make MULTIPLE copies.
Note Regarding Insurance: Proof of Coverage must show amount of medical coverage as on an actual certificate. A LETTER stating you have team insurance IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - INDIVIDUAL Player Insurance Cards are NOT ACCEPTABLE - If your team has Individual Player Insurance cards, you need to contact your Insurance company and request a CERTIFICATE of Insurance for the team to submit for NSA play. Teams will NOT be allowed to participate without proper proof of team insurance
All NSA Team Central events require teams to have Insurance. If you need insurance take advantage of buying it thru me and Westpoint and save money buy getting the same low rates multi-team organizations get.
If you go thru my buying group you can purchase Westpoint insurance at a discounted rate. Call 812-547-1500 and ask for John and he can assist you with buying thru our discount group policy. You cannot buy the policy at the discounted rate if you buy the policy online direct thru Westpoint.
You do not need to buy a Westpoint policy to play in any of the NSA tournaments or World Series. The director at each site will cover you on a weekend policy if needed.

IHSAA Participation Rules for Softball:
Non-school participation rules are different during the school year out of season, and during the summer. During the school year out of season, no more than five players who have participated at any level on the previous year’s high school softball team, including all incoming freshmen, can be rostered on a non-school team. During the summer, there are no limitations on the number of student athletes participating together. Please see the attached document to determine how the IHSAA defines when during the school year out of season and the summer begins and ends. Freshmen count towards the five person limit. Also, the first date of high school practice season is March 9th, 2016.
